SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
Currently we only ship within the UK and Ireland. If we do not ship to where you live, feel free to drop us a message on our Facebook, Instagram or email and we will see what we can do. We send all our orders by Royal Mail 1st Class or Air Mail (to Ireland) and you should expect it within 1-5 days of shipping confirmation or 2-7 days if shipping to Ireland. We try our best to post orders out the same or next working day depending on the time of your order. If you haven't received your order after 7 working days of shipping confirmation, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll have a look where your order is up to.
Please note: During busier periods shipping times may vary. In this case, we will keep you up to date with the relevant information.
Christmas update: Our turnaround time is slightly longer than usual due to the busy holiday period. We are currently operating at a 4 working day turnaround time. This means that orders are posted within 4 working days of your order being placed. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your sensory items as much as we enjoy choosing them for you. Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or refunds at this time and we apologise for any inconvenience. However, if you are not happy with what you receive please do not hesitate to contact us (Facebook, Instagram or Email) and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
If an item is broken (within 1 week of receiving it) please do get in touch and we will send a replacement or substitute straight away. Please note: this does not include an item which has been broken by biting, chewing or excessive force and a picture of the broken item is required.
